We deliver global projects seamlessly, engaging local audiences with tailored shopping experiences that drive bottom-line results.

Here’s how we successfully delivered Microsoft’s biggest ever fixture rollout across 1000+ stores within EMEA, North America and APAC regions.

Shaping shopper experiences

Bringing a fresh retail approach across a global footprint for one of the world’s biggest brands is no small task. We were challenged by Microsoft to deliver their biggest ever roll out of fixtures, an opportunity to redefine the in-store shopper experience within Consumer Electronics on a global scale. The brands new contemporary shopper led approach, puts the consumer at the heart of the experience, whilst visually elevating Microsoft within a competitive multi branded environment.

Enhanced shopper experience

This project was a testament to the power of collaboration. Working closley with global teams, we coordinated efforts to ensure a stunning execution in-store. Our longstanding partnership with Microsoft enabled us to align closely with their vision and expectations, delivering a premium shopping experience.

Adaptability and Flexibility

One of the significant challenges of a global rollout is the varying retailer guidelines and in-store space requirements. To address this, we engineered modular fixtures that allowed for bespoke solutions tailored to each store’s unique needs. This adaptability ensured that we could provide the best possible solution for each space while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all locations.

Comprehensive Project Management

The scale of this rollout demanded an end-to-end component management system capable of handling detailed information across various kit variants, retailer requirements, formats and languages. Our system provided Microsoft with full visibility of the project 24/7, ensuring transparency and control at every stage. This level of oversight was critical in managing the complexity and ensuring that all components were accounted for and correctly implemented.
